REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Defective items or items sent in error will be returned or exchanged at no cost to you.
- Used or customer-damaged items will not be accepted for return.

3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@perriahandms.store with your order details and reason for return. We will respond within 1–3 business days.

4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
