By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Perria Handms, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Australia (SA), Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Handmade Variations & Artisanal Character

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, dimensional sizes, wax weights, and pricing. Artisan Characteristic Notice: Because our items are hand-crafted, slight organic variations in ceramic glaze dripping, macramé knot tension, candle top textures, and natural leather grain patterns are natural signatures of the handmade process rather than manufacturing defects. Perria Handms reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Candle Fire Safety & Open Flame Disclaimer

Fire Safety Warning: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles strictly within sight and keep away from drafts, vibrations, flammable materials, children, and household pets. Always trim the candle wick to 1/4 inch (6mm) before lighting to prevent excessive flickering or soot. Do not burn candles for more than 4 consecutive hours per session. Discontinue use when 1/2 inch (12mm) of un-melted wax remains in the container. Perria Handms is not liable for structural fire damage, burns, or smoke damage caused by improper candle burning practices, unattended flames, or failure to observe basic home fire prevention protocols.
